Why isn’t my Touchless Dispenser turning on?

Please read the instructions specific to your model prior to operating your Touchless Soap Dispenser for a trouble-free set up. When first inserting batteries, always use new, matching batteries that are all from the same package.

TOUCHLESS & TOUCHLESS XL Soap Dispensers
First, make sure you have inserted the proper working batteries correctly in your Touchless Dispenser. Follow the directions provided in our instruction guide on how to turn on your model. If you are following the directions carefully and your Touchless Dispenser still will not turn on, try removing and re-inserting the batteries and double check that the polarities (+/-) are correct.

FOAMA Touchless Soap Dispenser
If FOAMA will not turn on, ensure the batteries and battery chamber are dry and free of corrosion. If liquid enters the battery chamber, wipe out all liquid and leave dissembled to air dry. New batteries may be required. See technical support video below.

Important
Do not get water or any other liquid into the battery compartment as this will damage the unit and void the warranty.
